Counted Cross Stitch to Rose Quilt

On Saturday, March 27th, I learned to make the "Counted Cross Stitch to Rose Quilt" with instructor Janet Bottroff at the Nite Owl Quilt Guild Speaker Workshop. Since there were only four (4) students, we had lots of one-on-one with our teacher which was great! I absolutely love this technique!!! Here is a picture of the first 10 by 10 section made by each of the students (Sharon Chaffino, Melinda Jones, Sue ?, and me). Although I haven't added my borders yet, here is a picture of my project as it looks right now.

Whacky Easter Egg Wall Hanging

Okay ... so here is my Whacky Easter Egg Wall Hanging that I learned to make at the Nite Owl Quilt Guild In-House Workshop on Saturday, March 13th. Terry Kirk was the teacher and designer of this pattern. I think it came out really nice!!!

Chair

Here is the chair that I had started reupholstering myself in a class but it was much more difficult and strenuous than I had imagined ... so ... I had it finished by a professional that I was referred to by Eleana ... here it is finally ... it looks like a chair ... I really like it !!!!

Folk Art Snowman

This pattern was so much fun and very easy. I started it the week after Road to California and today i have finished the sleeve and it's ready to hang in my dining room. It isn't a Christmas wall hanging, it's WINTER... I'm hooked on snowmen now.. What's up? Sisters post baby post!
